It usually includes, for instance, oil, plugs, tires, etc. These expenses are pretty much predictable and grow in proportion to the increase in vehicle fleet CORRECTIVE - is everything else - unplanned maintenance. Car accidents, car breakdowns, etc. These costs are more difficult to predict, but there is a method for this, too. You can assume a % of your total fleet cost based on your fleet data. Be careful; the % may vary depending on car types, models, and total fleet age.

Fleet challenges vary on the region. I recommend exploring region vehicle key weak points and paying more attention to these. For example in Russian region classic weak point is suspension and fuel system because of the roads and low-quality fuel + low temperatures during the winter. In the MENA region, there is a cooling system and engine/gear because of the sandstorms and extremely high temperatures.
