For me, relevant employee advocacy in social media is less about the quantity of company content that employees share. Rather, it's about the quality (and emotion) they share. Add in the crucial element of authenticity and the human factor, and it's no surprise that generic content doesn't get much engagement. Just like in the "real world", it's not about becoming a copy of the marketing channel (or the company's LinkedIn page). It's about being helpful, sharing new ideas, and making connections—making people see you're worth their time and interest!

El compromiso de los colaboradores de una empresa es crucial para el Social Selling. Es más relevante que un colaborador sea escuchado por sus propias historias dentro de la empresa, que cuando solo la empresa "habla" en redes sociales. Los colaboradores deben ser embajadores de la marca, para que esto pase, debe haber un sentido de pertenencia muy fuerte y eso solo es posible si se trabaja desde la cultura empresarial. Ningún programa de Embajadores de Marca obtendrá frutos, si no existe una cultura empresarial que busque el bienestar de sus colaboradores. Conozco de cerca colaborares que mueren por ser escogidos como embajadores y otras empresas donde no existe mayor eco a estos programas. Todo parte del compromiso. Pao Bassallo
