Unfair Advantage is the factor that makes your software idea hard to copy or replicate by competitors such as patents or network effects.

Based on the results of your validation, you need to iterate on your lean canvas by making changes, additions, or deletions to your boxes. You should aim to refine your problem-solution fit and achieve product-market fit by finding a scalable and profitable business model.
