A3 thinking is TOYOTA's most preferable communication mechanism. normally in the A3 sheet includes, Background, Current situation, Expectation (Goals), Root cause Analysis, Implementation Plan, Review Mechanism, Results, etc. So, everything related to the project is included on the same page. It is easy to refer to and provide visually all the data and because of that transparent for all the stakeholders also. Another special thing is, because everything in a single page, it is easy to present to someone and as well as easy to review.

El trabajo en equipo es fundamental, gracias a ello, se pueden implementar medidas cuando hay que abordar algún problema. Una ventaja, en un formato matriz, bien en Excel, por ejemplo, organizar ideas, objetivos y el plan para actuar de inmediato. Esto permite abordar problemas de falta de claridad en instrucciones, malentendidos frecuentes y obstáculos culturales o lingüísticos para lograr comunicación más efectiva y mejorar el desempe?o del equipo Lean

Current situation - That is numerical values to represent the current situation. 03. Goals - Based on the current situation, it is required to define the future goals and those are should be SMART. 04. Root cause Identification - Need to conduct cause and effect concept and 5 Why concept to find out the root causes. 05. Develop the counter Measures - Need to develop the action points to eliminate or minimize the root causes. 06.
