I always start with the needs of my clients. My curriculum at this point in my career, covers a vast area, but I focus on my client. Who are they? What are their goals and ambitions? What is standing in the way of their success? Keep their needs first and foremost in your mind, and you will be serving their needs!

Have the final consumer of the curriculum in mind. .Are they able to utilize the knowledge and skills that the curriculum gives them in the real world? Does it limit what they need to learn compared to if they learnt the same content on another modality? Make your online approach relevant. .Are they able to utilize a variety of technological approaches while interacting with your curriculum? Are they comfortable using what you have given them or is it intimidating? Are their devices compatible and vice versa? Make it simple and yet in line with the current trends. .Does it replace the instructor entirely? Instructor presence is paramount. . Are the users able to interpret what is being taught with regard to different learning abilities?
