As you collect more data in your Six Sigma project, you may want to update your box plots to reflect the changes. In Excel, you can do this by selecting the chart and clicking on the Design tab. Click on the Select Data button and modify the data range to include the new data. Alternatively, you can use a dynamic named range to define your data range. In Minitab, you can add the new data to your data set and save it. Then, go to the Editor menu and select Refresh Graphs. Alternatively, you can use a macro to create and update your box plot. To create a macro, open a new worksheet in Minitab and type the commands in the first column. Replace 'Variable' with the name of your variable and modify the title as you wish. To run the macro, open your data set in Minitab and go to the Tools menu. Select Run an Exec and browse for your macro file. To update the box plot, run the macro again with the updated data set. Reporting and documenting the incident will help you inform and reassure the stakeholders, as well as provide valuable insights for improving your cloud security posture.
