Dropbox, SharePoint, Knowledge? *What project/program management tools are used to keep the project team up to date on the transition? *Is there a CRM and how is communication (like email) tracked?

You want to be aware of review periods, in some cases you may have ## business days to respond or accept documentation and beyond that it will be considered "complete." You also want to be clear on any post project responsibilities.
