How do you train customer support staff?

When I worked in Customer Service, I get too many complaints from a customer that hasn't have a product to their expectations due to the our product is more cheap than other competitors. The issue is the majority of customers that not read a term and conditions of our product.

It’s difficult to find trainers who truly believe in the brand, and when you do it’s a ruby in the rough. Ensure that you provide ample opportunity for all of your Frontline workers to have the opportunity to rotate into training positions. These are the persons who know your product best, and are usually the most excited for what you have to offer. Compound on their excitement, give them the support that they need, and then youyou’ll ensure that you have the best method and material to train the future front line workers.

Creating a workforce culture that is all-inclusive, diverse, and trained up is key to great customer service. When a team can rally around each other and leverage their training- confidence, decision making, moral, and poise are just a few of the by-products. When team members feel valued and part of something bigger than themselves, the team wins and so do the customers.
