I think this is essential. We have a dashboard, live, up in the office everyday. I learnt this from working at the Guardian. We had screens there where at any moment you could see number of readers. When a big news story broke it was very exciting! We can always access KPI dashboards on phones too. So I know at any moment in time our figures. You have to live and breathe by them
