The fifth step in testing and validating your deep learning models is monitoring the model after deployment. This process involves tracking and analyzing the performance, behavior, and impact of the model over time and in different environments. Model monitoring is essential to guarantee quality, reliability, and effectiveness, as well as to identify and solve any issues or problems. To ensure that your model is working properly, you should measure its performance using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, ROC curve, AUC, MSE, MAE, R2, etc. Additionally, you should use logs to record inputs, outputs, errors, exceptions, events etc., as well as alerts such as notifications or emails to inform you or your users of any anomalies or failures related to your model. Finally, you should use audits such as reviews or evaluations to assess the compliance, ethics and fairness of your model.
