This is tied to understanding the language customers use. The more simply you can speak and demonstrate your solutions, the faster a user can understand why you're so awesome and why you're different than your competitor.

It’s a clear statement that explains the benefits your customers will enjoy and why they should choose your company over others. In my experience when it comes to testing and optimization, brands often limit themselves to AB testing. Whereas, today's brands have the capabilities to go beyond AB Testing and adopt experimentation techniques such as Auto-Allocation, Experience Testing and Experience Optimization where you determine winner and serve it to more number of audiences, test entire experiences and use micro-winners of an overall experience to specific segments, respectively. These features are largely found on Adobe Target. Despite the availability, it is disheartening to see only very few brands go beyond AB Testing.

This is why I set minimum budgets when running ads for clients. Platform algorithms change, the language of customers change, and competition continually challenges us to uplevel the game. Headlines and creative are the two most important elements, dependent on which platform you're using. Know your audience, but also know how they use the platform you're leveraging and their expectations from you as a brand.
