How do you recognize excellent customer service in your team?

Excellent Customer Service start with the following: - Meeting the needs of customers' expectations - Showing kindness and pleasant service - Dependable and timely with projects - Going the extra mile - Honesty COVID-19 has changed our world. I taken the roll of being a Virtual Administrative Assistant in 2020 which is a great way to work remotely. I enjoyed a flexible schedule, lack of a commute, no office distractions. I handled preparing payments and expense reports, schedule appointments, file management, digital marketing tasks, email management, telephone calls, travel arrangements, bulk mailing, and excellent customer service. I transition into being a Certified Entrepreneur and CEO of Star Consultants and Admin Services, LLC.

Honestly, exceptional customer service comes from the top. From the CEO down, the company’s mission statement and value’s influence the whole company. Managers of a customer service team are trained to follow company guidelines and are expected to reflect those unto their team. If an employee shows great customer service it will be seen by them exuding the company’s values and core principles. They will have above average satisfaction scores and show they care about their customers and not just their job.

In my opinion, the key is to leave assumptions aside. Efective communication with your customer and ask as many times as necessary until you are sure of their needs and once attended, come back again to ensure they are happy with the solution.

Working in the government has shown me that customer service is critical at all levels and starts with, in my opinion, mid level management. They are the cohesive element that ties the vision to the actual hands on operation.This begins by making sure that they are in the loop through communicating what the executives plan for and initiate through their respective managerial outlook. By sharing the customer’s expectations through satisfaction surveys; helps to ensure a goal oriented approach to management teams at all levels. Your team is as good as you allow them to be. For those that have come up through the ranks; has shown this experience garnered from actually touching the product enabled an increase in knowledge of customer’s needs.

Excellent service from my experience in a call center environment entails: -First call resolution: One must effectively resolve customer issues or answer their questions in the first call itself, without the need for follow-up calls -Professionalism and courtesy: One must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the conversation, using appropriate language and tone, exhibit excellent customer service. -Knowledge and expertise: One must possess a deep and accurate understanding of the product or service, as well as company policies and procedures. -Feedback: Positive feedback from customers, such as compliments, satisfaction ratings, or testimonials, is a strong indicator of excellent customer service.

Compartilhe em uma mesa redonda as experiências de cada atendente, descubra as histórias e o nível dos seus clientes. Como eles pensam, agem, e se sentem com a abordagem.

En mi experiencia, conocer de viva voz de cada cliente, su expectativa de servicio, el valor que le da al producto, su experiencia en la postventa y valores de atención del representante de la organización, genera un tipo de expediente o base, de temas a mejorar internamente, con el fin de maximizar la experiencia del cliente, esto nos lleva a saber el nivel de recomendación que tiene hacia nosotros, mejorarlo debe ser uno de los objetivos del área y de la organización

Quick Respond, Giving priority and Regular follow up. Treat All customers as if he is the only customer. Treat the customer as you are in his shoes. Thinking of their problems as it is yours and work on solving it with all tools available. Giving the customer the feeling that he is a special and exclusive customer even if he is not, will make him loyal to your company.

"Recognition" is great but cash is king. I have spent many years in call centers, and while I almost always had 95% or higher service scores, but almost never got raises and bonuses.
