Each stakeholder will have their objectives, priorities and power quotient but the project/program manager has one objectiveâ€¦. Deliver the projects on time, on budget and the required quality. The manager must be able to effectively manage all the stakeholders and navigate all the projects to their desired outcomes. As much as practically possible.
