In practical terms, how do you know you have PMF? - Revenue growing quickly (2-3X) - Not only are customers continuing to pay for your product, they are actually spending more over time from upsells (120-140% NDR) - You have a reasonably reliable way to continue to grow your customer base; spending $1 on a new customer will earn you $4-6 throughout that customer's lifetime. Think about: - Scale geographically or remotely? - Are customers spending more over time? - What is cost to acquire a customer, and experiment to get that down? Be focused to scale.

Don't be too fast. Don't be too Furious. A major culprit is falling into the trap of scaling too quickly, chasing big numbers results without a solid foundation. Warning signs for you include losing focus on key metrics, team burnout, poor hiring, declining customer support, and false projections based on early adopters. (drag that spreadsheet to the right). The dangers of your premature scaling can cascade, compromising the business model hurting cash, diluting the product, alienating customers, and destabilizing the team through rush hiring and cultural clashes (as seen with Zynga and KIND Snacks). This will free up your team to focus on core activities. 3. Keep a track of your key metrics - related to customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Regularly analyze the data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Most importantly, allocate resources strategically based on the data to maximize the impact of your scaling efforts.
