A daily centering practice helps you to remain calm under pressure, see outside of the box solutions, and gives you mental stamina and physical energy to face crisis as they arise. This looks different for everyone- meditation, breathwork, visualizations, morning runs, yoga… even as little as two minutes of centering time before your event can have an enormous effect on your performance during stressful situations as they arise.
