I sold cars for 20 years in the eighties and nineties, never had any of this organised way. Still top 15 Vauxhall car sales in the uk for many years. Spend more time selling and less time organising. Tidy desk? Too much time in your hands ha ha!

Rank them by importance. - Maximum 4 groups. ?? Be consistent and patient. - Long-term wins. ?? Keep your list updated. - Do not keep a task in one group for too long. By categorizing your tasks in this way, you can efficiently manage your responsibilities as a sales manager, ensuring that you address urgent matters promptly, plan for the future, delegate tasks effectively, and minimize time-wasting activities.
