Como en cualquier proceso que requiera END: Capacitar al personal (Operadores, Supervisores y personal de Compras). De esta manera: Los responsables del departamento técnico saben qué método aplicar y saben que deben tener procedimientos adecuados a cada caso; los responsables del departamento de compras saben qué contratar y qué NO contratar; los operarios saben como hacer los ensayos según un procedimiento.

The cost is down to the company providing the service so that can't really be changed. The efficiency however is down to alot of things.... techs that can't be arsed to do things properly, techs that want to do as minimal work as possible, or techs that do everything by the book. And in my experience.... companies tend to rely on techs that take the longest time wise as they can charge more... but that doesn't mean those techs are the best. I was always one for being efficient and cracking on with the job(being as most of the time I had 2 or 3 sites a day)...

Alway run a Null Hypothesis on the data to ensure your program is meeting expectations. Regression data should be made available from previous years and can be readily formatted and analyzed to prove what your current technicians are doing is consistent.
