I echo the significance of the listed aspects in motivating and leading stakeholders. From my experience working closely with external stakeholders in operations, a pivotal strategy was fostering a sense of shared ownership in our vision. Making them feel integral to our results forged strong connections and heightened motivation. Additionally, during my tenure as a DEI manager, engaging with internal stakeholders revolved around continuous education and consistent communication. Acknowledging their daily workload, it became imperative to demonstrate the value behind our initiatives, emphasizing how their involvement contributed to the greater cause. This approach solidified relationships and motivated them to actively participate.
