Identificado el, o los propietarios de los datos, es necesario identificar aquellos colaboradores que, en razón de su actividad en la compa?ia, acceden a los datos en cualquier ciclo de su tratamiento (almacenamiento, recolección, uso supresión etc..), esto permite tener herramientas concretas frente a cualquier disputa que se genere en la compa?ia, incluso con usuarios externos que acceden a la infomación del propietario.
