How do you measure the success of your Design Thinking and CPS projects?

1 Define your goals

5 Learn and iterate

The final step of measuring your design thinking and CPS projects is to learn from your results and iterate your solution. You need to reflect on what worked and what didn't, and identify the gaps and the areas for improvement. You also need to test your assumptions and validate your hypotheses, and see if you have met your goal or if you need to adjust it.
