Measuring the success of your community project starts even before you implement your project, it’s in the conceptualization. If you don’t know what success looks like for your project, before implementing, you’re going to be frustrated trying to figure out what to measure after the project is implemented. There are so many ways to determine success, find out what works for you and the overall aims of the project. For some it could be maximum community participation, for others it’s engaging key stakeholders, regardless of how many others participate. Find out what’s important early on and weave that into the overall messaging when communicating the importance of the project to those implementing and measuring
