You can use a formula to estimate the total benefits of product testing: Total benefits = Value created + Value saved.

4 Calculate your ROI

Now that you have your costs and benefits, you can calculate your ROI of product testing using this formula:

ROI = (Total benefits - Total costs) / Total costs

This will give you a percentage that indicates how much profit or loss you make from product testing for every dollar you spend on it. For example, if your total benefits are $10,000 and your total costs are $5,000, your ROI is:

ROI = ($10,000 - $5,000) / $5,000

ROI = 100%

This means that you make $1 of profit for every $1 you spend on product testing.
