ROI = (Weight Usage * Usage Score + Weight Performance * Performance Score) - Cost_of_Maintenance Weight Usage =Importance of API usage Usage Score = Using size of the API high calls = positive score, low calls = negative score Weight Performance=Importance of API Performance Performance Score = Performance size of the API high Downtime= Negative score, low Downtime= Positive score Cost_of_Maintenance = This subtracts the total cost of maintaining your API from the weighted scores. This cost could include developer salaries, tools, infrastructure, etc. NOTE: All the metrics has to be fixed as a scale based on your user size and applied it periodically to find the ROI
