How do you measure and monitor the effectiveness of root cause analysis solutions?

I have seen many new products, programs and business goals fail because a clear goal/goals were never clarified and/or the goal was not aligned with customer needs/wants. Take the time needed to get this right. It is the foundation for all that follows.

Once the RC is identified , you need to implement a CA or a corrective action. Then you have the RCA and the RCCA. You need to evaluate the Effectiveness of the RCA and the effectiveness of the solution or the CA.

Defining the success criteria is very important for the success of the project & stakeholdermanagement Just a small contribution. You can always formulate these goals in KPIs that are monitored regularly.

Use Marked Feed Back Analysis or MFA or field data to consider in early new product designs or CA for field products to ensure optimum product integrity and oergormance.
