This is a topic that is very dear to my heart. The essence of Agile is Transparency - Inspection - Adaptation. We make risks transparent by identifying, capturing, categorizing and radiating information about them by putting them on dashboards and other artifacts. Once we have done, this, we inspect them in Risk Review calls, Retrospectives, Team meetings, impromptu conversations or even individually. At this point, we should not solely focus on addressing the risks, but we should look to see what these risks are telling us about our product, our process, and our organization. These insights would help identify patterns which can drive bigger improvement efforts rather than fixing individual risks.
