La planification doit être construite par les membres de l’équipe et adoptée par ces derniers . La réussite repose sur la communication et des feed back réguliers . Kick and Go : validations des étapes intermédiaires et ajustement de la planification si besoin car forcément, ce qui est prévu pour une durée de xxx mois voire plus devra être ajusté en fonction des écarts constatés et ceci au fur et à mesure des avancées de chacun. Le commanditaire en sera alors informé !

Ces indicateurs ou KPI peuvent être personnalisés en fonction de votre activité et de la demande initiale. Il est néanmoins important de se fixer des axes de mesure tels que les co?ts , l'avancement , les délais et la qualité.

Coordination is best handled by the construction manager in my opinion, being the main artery between the p.m. &engineering dept, and familiar with the physical works/ trades and its requirements. Selecting a competent team to oversee/ supervise the process of individual trades , while having weekly meetings with this team & contractors to solve any issues which may arrive, yet still regular site checks with the team so the p.m. & engineer will be in the know on a daily basis of where we're at. jus sayin

Mener un projet à son terme nécessite une connaissance et l’application de règles et de méthodes. Lancer une idée n’est pas mener un projet , loin de la ! Mesurer l’impact financier est aussi chose nécessaire et doit être présenté au commanditaire. Tout écart, aussi normal que cela est dans toute mise en ?uvre , doit être communiqué aux parties prenantes
