The main problem here in the UK that i see, is that the educational systems of schools, colleges and universities are so behind where the indistry is. There is not a single course avaiolable that teaches complex MEP building services coordination, all BIM courses focus on information management. there is no new blood coming through to do the work required, most people fall into the role and learn on the tools which is hugely inefficient and costs the industry a considerable amount of money through time wasting, errors etc. This needs rectified immediately!!
