Applying your learning in theory sounds really easy. but in real life its actually very difficult due to myraid of reasons such as: 1) Fear 2) Ability to deal with failure/setback 3) Traditional Company culture that are resistant to change and new approaches My take is before applying your learning, do tip your toes in the water first by checking in withthose around you(your line manager, your stakeholders ) to get a better sensing of buy-ins. It never heards to have a second opinion right?!
