Over-communicate! But don't become a micro-manager! Organise start of day check-ins, allow 5 mins extra to do a personal check of people, morale, etc. then move into normal work set up for the day. A simple slack message to the team(s) at lunchtime, checking they're ok, reminding them to take lunch, etc. goes a long way. Then when you as a leader are finishing for the day, another simple "I'm off, have a great evening everyone, give me a shout if you need anything". It's all about ensuring they know you are there, thinking about them, and available if they need you.

They will appreciate it. There is a great opportunity to strengthen the team culture through in-person interaction even if it is 3-4 occurrences in a year.
