La caracterización del problema y volverlo un reto atractivo y muy bien definido en alcance será primordial para luego poder identificar ideas y soluciones de calidad. La definición del reto debe ser validad antes de la sesión de ideación para lograr alineación de enfoque. Esta definición debe tener ciertos parámetros que den la claridad del valor o solución que deseamos llegar.

There are many different techniques and tools that can be used to facilitate effective brainstorming sessions, depending on the type, stage, and scope of your ideas development process. Brainwriting, for example, involves participants writing down their ideas on paper or sticky notes and then passing them around for others to build on or comment on. SCAMPER is a mnemonic that stands for Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate, and Reverse and helps generate new ideas by prompting participants to change or improve existing ones. Mind mapping is a visual technique that helps organize and connect ideas around a central topic or theme while affinity diagraming sorts and groups ideas into categories or themes based on their similarities or relationships. All of these techniques can help identify patterns, themes, or insights from a large number of ideas.

Hoy tenemos diferente metodologías, pero lo que si es cierto es que debemos de inyectar en los participantes conocimiento nuevo (tendencias, se?ales, referentes, buenas practicas, etc.), para que estas personas puedan conectar desde su experiencia este conocimiento, los inspire y realicen propuestas de valor únicas y relevantes

If these questions cannot be answered, it's advisable to remain in the phase of refining and enhancing ideas until you are ready.
