TestRail is a test management tool that assists in organizing, executing, and tracking test cases and results. The Zoho Desk Integration for TestRail app, available in the Zoho Marketplace, enables you to integrate TestRail with Zoho Desk. To install and configure the app, log in to your Zoho Desk account as an administrator, go to Setup > Marketplace > All, search for Zoho Desk Integration for TestRail, and click Install. Then enter your TestRail URL, username, and password, and click Save. Select the departments and products you want to sync with TestRail, map the fields and statuses between Zoho Desk and TestRail, and click Finish. Once the app is installed, you can create test cases or tickets in either platform from the other by clicking the respective button. Linking existing tickets and test cases is also possible with a single click. Moreover, you can view and update the status, priority, assignee, etc., of linked tickets/cases in both platforms in real time. Adding comments and attachments to linked tickets/cases also syncs them across platforms. Finally, you can run tests from tickets in Zoho Desk and get results/reports in your dashboard.
