Consider SAFETY in every aspect is must. In Project Engineering Design, SAFETY must be considered since beginning. 1. HAZOP Study In order to identify & analyze safety related to operation activity, there is HAZOP Study that shall be done early in engineering design phase. HAZOP study will identify potential safety risk, analyze them & giving implement control solution to reduce or eliminate the risk. 2. Constructability & Operability Study Safety also must be considered during construction actvity. Operability study to review eng design in ergonomic consideration. 3. Integrated 3D Review From 3D Design, we have detail view for design, so we can see in real view if there is potential safety risk due to positioning of our equipment.

Ciertamente, muchas veces se soslaya la identificación de los riesgos en obras y por lo tanto es indispensable analizar los riesgos del transporte de equipos al interior del lugar donde serán instalados. Es necesario identificar correctamente el área de “dress up” de los equipos y su extensión para el correcto ingreso y salida de los mismos cuando van a ser instalados para evitar colapso de vías y uso efectivo de equipos de izamiento. Asimismo analizar correctamente su paso a través de carreteras y puentes internos para evitar su colapso o interferencias con estructuras y equipos en operaciones ya que pueden poner en riesgo las instalaciones existentes y el proyecto mismo.

Currently, there are competing standards and every design ends up being a mixed bag of standards.
