How do you integrate data from multiple sources into your data analysis?

I am not sure that I agree with doing a SWOT of data sources nor perspectives. Establishing the reliability, validity and accessibility of the data provided by each source is the more important assessment. If one is committed to this approach, do not do it before determining the purpose of including each data source. A SWOT of a data source in relation to the purpose of its inclusion would be more useful than a SWOT of perspectives. Perspectives are just that.

Never underestimate the power of less formal qualitative data collection methods like storytelling and listening sessions. Though less structured, they can often yield rich and impactful results that are unburdened by the weight of formality in structured interviews and focus groups.

Always use data in a "supporting and validating" way. Every data should either answer an evaluation question directly or validate another answer. This should always guide data use.
