Once’s that is done, understand if the solution is holistic and practical. Convey the details with every possible detail to technical team and have clear communication with business stakeholders about the thing that are difficult to execute!

From a larger perspective, the department supervisors usually expect a model to return daily anomalies and daily summarise, the managers expect a more top level view within the department while the management would like the model to b able to correlate impact of various activities across the organisation and summaries in terms of cost / sales/profit /loss that a particular process caused over a said period of time. Comparison/growth to parallel periods is another line of interest.So understanding the role of the requestor ,the pain area/ultimate purpose is among the very first tass.. Keeping the stakeholder involved in various phases of model building/ documenting and receiving acknowledgement would make life of an analyst much easier.
