Regular follow-up and iterative adjustments may be necessary to adapt to evolving requirements and unforeseen challenges.

Transitioning users in a program necessitates meticulous planning, comprehensive communication, and ample support. Initiating with an assessment of the change's impact, it is pivotal to convey precise information about the change, facilitate relevant training, actively involve users in the transition, and continuously monitor and adjust the transition process based on evaluations and feedback. This multifaceted approach ensures that users are well-acquainted and comfortable with the change, enabling the program to sustain its value and relevance effectively.

The WIOM (What's in it for me) principle needs to be focused on while assessing the impact of the change. It keeps the people aspect at the forefront of the process. Employees are concerned about any changes that the organization brings in.

Empathy. Always try to understand a change Can impact many people in a different way, there is always some type of risk for each transition and we need to think on everyone’s point of view. Talking about improvement, brainstorm sessions or even just doing a knowledge game might be helpful to start keeping the people safe to discuss and have a good team conversation

Structured, repeatable, relatable, iterative, and incremental approaches need to be adapted to communicate the change. Communicating frequently through different channels/venues leads to increasing the awareness, and knowledge around the change.

In some situations, it may not be possible to train all employees simultaneously due to various constraints, such as budget limitations, time constraints, or a lack of commitment. In such cases, an effective approach is to train a select group of dedicated individuals who can then disseminate this knowledge and drive transformation within the company. Leveraging a corporate knowledge management portal (such as Confluence, SharePoint, or an internal website) can significantly streamline this process. Employees should proactively engage in acquiring new skills during the adaptation phase. The most effective approach is to guide them in aligning their personal goals with the company's transition objectives.
