Having regular connect with stakeholders and validating the priority. Have the backlogs created along with the team based on the priorities set by the stakeholders. Don't allow any adhoc changes to come in unless it's necessary. Use sprint review to validate the deliverables.

To manage scope creep in agile projects, I start by working with stakeholders to set clear goals and boundaries from the outset. I keep the project backlog focused on what brings the most value and use sprint planning to set realistic expectations about what we can achieve each sprint. Any new requests are noted, but I address them in future sprints to avoid disrupting our current work. I also keep communication open and transparent, explaining how added requests might impact timelines or resources. If new ideas really enhance the project, I work with the team to adjust the scope without compromising quality or deadlines.

Product backlogs must be created using MosCow and based on it when more work coming in team can prioritize on the Must and Should to start with, if the client wants Could have's and all it will be more resources or time resulting more costs Note that these must be agreed prior with clients so that all are in agreement how to handle incoming scope which isn't planned at start
