J'encouragerais tous les professionnels du métier à accorder une importance particulière à la gestion des conditions de paiement. Les situations les plus litigieuses apparaissent souvent lorsqu'un prélèvement a par exemple été effectué trop t?t ou à l'inverse trop tard. Dans un cas comme dans l'autre il y a un mécontent, tant?t le client tant?t votre entreprise. Ce qu'il est important de garder en tête est que dans certains cas, c'est moins grave d'avoir une facture légèrement différente en montant total mais à la bonne date qu'une facture certes correcte en montant mais avec une date de prélèvement complètement fausse. Vous pouvez mettre des tests de cohérence entre les dates de paiement prévues par le contrat et les factures émises.
