But why do we want to minimize individuals' experiences anyway? My biggest pet peeve is requiring individuals to play it small. But if a resume is filled with irrelevant information, then consideration of a 1-page resume is a good suggestion. But job seekers can be specific and include relevant volunteer and extracurricular skills. Consider using AI to assist.
