I feel it i important to know your audience and really listen to their concerns. With such a diverse group of employees, it can be hard to understand what or how everyone feels. When offering suggestions, try and remind the person, these are just suggestions and they may not work for everyone. It's also important to try and not have suggestions or thoughts if the person is upset, they won't listen and understand what you are trying to help with.
