How do you guarantee accurate research findings?

Accurate data collection using required data collection tool and proper analysis gives accurate results in research. The analysis should be in alignment with the statement of the problem.

Clearly state your research problem. Explain why it is important. Tell what is done so far and what you are going to do so that it will be different than the previous work.

This focused question guides your study, preventing vague or irrelevant results. This question was posed to Sir. Ronald A. Fisher, and he answered it by bringing the roots of the Scientific Method. Today we have sampling plans, the design of experiments and many other areas are constantly being developed. Our country has excellent schools and professionals in these areas. The questions: who, how, why, what, when and other are the keys of any scientific research.

It’s an absolute super power when researchers are adept at evaluating a research question, analytical question, or solving a business problem with reference to multiple data sources and multiple methods. A dynamic approach like this is valuable because when results from multiple data sources and multiple methods agree you’ll have added confidence in those results. When the results from multiple data sources and multiple methods disagree it is an opportunity to dig deeper and investigate why. That deeper dig can reveal masses of value.

Results must be statistically significant and alpha values must remain low for highly special experiments. Though it depends on the nature of the problems but accepting the null hypothesis doesn’t harm at times!!
