Leaders and stakeholders readily acknowledge the need for innovation and upskilling talent. However, it can be difficult for them to articulate what they need in terms of learning and talent development. Given stakeholders focus in operations, they need you as their business partner to help bridge the gap and drive impact. Bring a culture of curiosity to the conversation and ask clarifying questions. Stakeholders may struggle to articulate exactly what it is they want, however I have found that they can more pointedly articulate what they don't want. These boundaries are valuable in driving your mission forward. To unlock business needs with your stakeholders: -Be curious -Listen carefully -Bring them as partners on your journey

Middle Management - workshops 4. Line supervisors - workshops and surveys 5. Other identified stakeholders - can be investors, suppliers, distributors etc. as identified by the project's executive sponsor By cover the bases in this fashion, we can quickly establish a baseline that enables quick assessment of our findings.
