In my experience as a team leader is essentially important to ask clients open ended questions to uncover clients real issues and getting to the root of the problem with keeping the value of clients time. This also enables the team member to have real conversations and help resolve the issues quickly and effectively while maintaining their own talk time targets.

You can encourage collaboration and communication by using cooperative learning strategies, such as jigsaw, think-pair-share, or project-based learning, that require students to work together, share their thoughts, and listen to others.

You can model and scaffold the process by using think-alouds, graphic organizers, rubrics, or feedback.

A growth mindset is the belief that intelligence and abilities can be improved through effort and learning, rather than being fixed or innate. A growth mindset fosters a positive attitude towards challenges, mistakes, and feedback, and encourages students to persist, improve, and learn from their experiences. You can cultivate a growth mindset by praising students' efforts, strategies, and progress, rather than their results or talents, and by providing constructive and specific feedback that helps them grow.
A sixth way to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills is to support student autonomy and choice in your classroom. Student autonomy and choice involve giving students some control and ownership over their learning, such as choosing their topics, methods, or products. Student autonomy and choice foster intrinsic motivation, creativity, and self-regulation, which are key components of critical thinking and problem-solving. You can support student autonomy and choice by offering students multiple options, allowing them to set their own goals, or involving them in decision-making.
