Hago una combinación entre analizar como estuvo la participación y contribución de los participantes, sus aportes, comentarios. Reviso sus resultados de las evaluaciones continuas y finales respecto a los objetivos iniciales de la formación, y siempre trato de darles un Feed Back, para mi el proceso de ense?anza trasciende mucho mas alla de explicar y rendir examenes, me interesa mucho que realmente se alcancen los objetivos previsto y que los estudiantes aprendan.
