Two good practices that have been working in my projects are: 1. Sharing all the, local and international, practical solutions with your partner stakeholders as Open Educational Resources (OER); 2. Putting them in contact with the best scholars in the concerning fields to establish research connections, if possible in public conferences or interviews.
