IMHO, there is a crucial step before delivering the training... that is to TEST the training. I am currently about to launch a new training module and have run tests with a control group and will deliver now to a small internal group before delivering publicly. This allows me to ensure the flow, the quality of content and level of engagement, whilst gaining feedback on outcomes against expectations. If you were developing a new software or a new drug, or a new piece of machinery, you would test it and test it before release, right? Why wouldn't you do the same for a valuable resource like training?
