Two key variables to consider in the analysis of mobile network traffic are: - Is the data used for fixed-wireless access (FWA), mobile broadband (MBB) or other purposes such as IoT connectivity. FWA users can have 10-20x the data traffic of MBB, albeit very localised to a single cell. That can skew the statistics & should be broken out - You should estimate or measure the use of data for indoor vs. outdoor users and applications, and treat them separately. Indoor users may consume significant network resource, especially at higher frequencies. They may be better served by separate inbuilding systems (either dedicated or shared "neutral host" options) or offloaded to WiFi instead.

Establish NNIs, Peerings, CDNs, and Caches so the traffic finds better quality paths rather than going through the whole world and adding lots of latency. Balance / Steer traffic: Flexible in doing that. Traffic Shaping / Load Balancing: A critical action that requires correct engineering to achieve the desired resiliency, redundancy, and QoS. Balance / Steer traffic / Traffic Shaping / Load Balancing - All these need to have a supporting ecosystem in the network (i.e., Core, RAN & IP + Support Systems) to accomplish the best possible QoS & QoE.
