Im Wort Standpunkt liegt für viele etwas Feststehendes drin. Anders ist es bei dem Wort Perspektive. Denn den Blickwinkel zu ver?ndern oder etwas aus einer anderen Perspektive zu betrachten, er?ffnet M?glichkeiten. Und durch neue Informationen bzw. Erkenntnisse, kann sich eine Meinung nachvollziehbar ver?ndern bzw. entwickeln. Wer sich also eher eine Meinung bildet, l?uft weniger Gefahr auf einem Standpunkt zu beharren.

Cuestionarnos por qué pienso lo que pienso y pensar: lo contrario a lo que pienso, por qué podría ser también cierto. Es un ejercicio constante en el tenemos que dejar de lado la dopamina que nos genera el tener la razón. Suponer que podemos estar equivocados genera un apertura en nosotros y cuando lo comunicamos de esta manera, los demás también se abren a la posibilidad de explorar su propios juicios también.

Even when you’re sure you’re right, you have to think about why you’re so sure. Did someone tell you? Did you read it somewhere? And even if you trust your sources, we’re all human and sometimes make mistakes. Even when you’re sure other people are wrong, you have to think about why they’re so sure they’re right. What do they know or believe that you don’t? How do they know that? Why do they believe that? We all want to believe we’re doing the right thing.

Gerade in der Unternehmenskommunikation ist es wichtig aus der Perspektive der Mitarbeiter zu schauen. Wenn ich verstehe, wie die Menschen denken und was sie brauchen, kann ich die Kommunikation darauf abstimmen. Prozessorientiertes denken und kommunizieren ist daher weniger erfolgreich. Aus der menschenorientierten Betrachtungsweise erschlie?t sich sehr klar, welche Informationen, Argumente und Formulierungen sinnvoll und hilfreich sind. Kommunikation steht und f?llt mit der F?higkeit, Menschen wirklich zu verstehen. Empathie ist dabei a) wichtig und b) auch lernbar.

La empatía puede ser difícil de aplicar si en el ambiente laboral tenemos el concepto de ganar/perder. Maturana menciona el termino amorosidad como legitimar al otro como un legítimo otro y es el punto de partida para poder gestionar la empatía con nuestros colegas.

Hay que evitar la intención, muchas veces inconsciente de llevar la conversación a donde queremos y muchas veces utilizamos preguntas cerradas para corroborar que el otro opina como nosotros queremos. Nos conviene procurar entender el punto de vista del otro antes de confrontarlo con nuestra propia perspectiva.

I guess reflection and adjustment are processes that individuals and groups can recognise and adopt with some ease. Plus, they are essential elements that are needed for making adaptable and informed decisions. I think that this approach involves the regular revisiting of initial assumptions, and or redefining of the problem to which a decision is being applied. This and routinely questioning the validity of information is helpful. Being open to refining one's understanding and by acknowledging that circumstances change, can also influence the need to adapt and course-correct as needed. Embracing this mindset can also help foster continuous learning, which I suspect in the end, leads to better and more informed decisions over time.
