You don't have to know all the answers right now, but if your interest has been piqued you may be on the right track! You don't need to be a planespotter, but for many who succeed in these roles, it's a passion and not just a job. The industry is constantly evolving so it's a constant learning process. Network Planners are constantly consuming and dissecting articles, papers, news and now even YouTube videos!
