In fact it is obvious from the definition of the concept. And also it depends on the end-user requirements with respect to the budget that they have. You should consider the know-how and technological infrastructure in your company, subcontarctor and country. What kind of material you have for the construction of your propulsion unit. It is obvious and straight forward but never simple as it seems. And the rest is a little bit long and hard.
