I. Agreement with one additional thought. Be sure to interview the worker bees who will be the personas actually utilizing the dashboard and the data. What I’ve experienced from time to time, is that their leadership provides the dashboard requirements and then we deliver something that we end up having to change multiple times.

Spot on! Only additional thoughts is to ensure we elicit additional metrics requirements that may not be needed now, but has potential for being needed in the future. This way they can just unhide it in their view when they need it in the future without having to put in a new work request.

Nothing additional to add here. Perhaps consider, when creating “choice “ fields, alphabetizing is great, but put the most used responses at the top, even if not in alphabetical order. This lends to user efficiency.
